Dead body found at an art gallery

The body of a man was found in the gardens of an art gallery earlier today.

Lincolnshire Police received a report of a dead body at 08:20am this morning.

The man was found lying on a bench in the gardens of the Usher Art Gallery, in Lincoln city centre.

No formal identification has been made, but police believe him to be a local man.

Police say there are no suspicious circumstances and the Coroner has been informed.

Police ask anyone who may have information that surrounds the death of this man, to contact them on 101, quoting incident 108 of 24 September.
