Digger used to rip cash machine from supermarket wall

A digger has been used to steal a cash machine from a Sainsbury's in Nottinghamshire.

The vehicle was used to demolish the wall at the store in Bingham Road in Cotgrave.

It happened at around 4 o'clock this morning.

The digger was left behind, while the cash machine was taken in another vehicle, which police think could be a white Audi.

Officers are appealing for witnesses.
