£10,000 reward as police hunt for body of murder victim

A £10,000 reward is being offered as detectives try to find the body of a murder victim who was killed in Evesham eight years ago.

Jesse Richards, who was originally from Gloucester, was murdered over a drugs debt in July 2009, but his body has never been found.

Five men were jailed in connection with his death and an investigation at the time found evidence to suggest his body was transported to an area in Warwickshire some time after his death.

Now, eight years on, Jesse's family and detectives are urging anyone with information to come forward.

Lucy Richards, Jesse's mother, added:

  • A £10,000 reward is still available for information leading to the successful discovery of Jesse's body and anyone with any information is encouraged to contact police using the non-emergency number 101.
