Manager speaks out about being threatened with machete during armed robbery
A shop worker in Northamptonshire has spoken about the moment she was faced with a machete during an armed robbery.
Sandra Payne, who is a shift manager at a One Stop in Kettering, was working when three men came in, threatened her with the blade and demanded money.
Six robberies happened in north Northamptonshire around Kettering, Corby and Thrapston.
19-year-old Alan Nimmo, 18-year-old Louis Hall and 21-year-old Andrew pleaded guilty to conspiracy to rob and were sentenced to a total of 19 years in prison.
