Family-filled celebrations as thousands gather for Eid

A record number of people have gathered at Small Heath Park in Birmingham to celebrate Eid.

106,000 muslims have come together for prayers, sermons and a day of festivities - to mark the end of the Islamic holy month of fasting - Ramadan.

Extra police patrols had been put in place during the celebrations to ensure it was a community and safe event.
