Events to mark 35th anniversary of the Falklands War

It's the 35th anniversary of the Falklands War this week and various events are taking place across the UK.

There will be an event with an appearance from the Queen Elizabeth Cunard liner at Southampton featuring a number of merchant ships which were part of the original task force.

255 British servicemen and 649 from Argentina lost their lives in the conflict in 1982.

As part of the 30th anniversary, a permanent memorialwas installed at the the Arboretum for Falklands veterans at the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire.

It features a number of rocks brought over from the islands.
