This year's Stephen Sutton Ride-Out has had extra significance as it marks three years to the day since the inspirational teenager passed away.

Now in it's 5th year, the event sees hundreds of motorbikes and classic cars come together to raise money for charity.

Stephen, who was diagnosed with incurable bowel cancer when he was 15, passed away at the age of 19 on 14 May 2014.

Led out by Stephen's mum, Jane, the Ride-Out set off from Lichfield Rugby Club, taking in local villages including Hopwas, Elford, Alrewas and Kings Bromley.

It then passed the Bowling Green pub on the outskirts of Lichfield, through Burntwood and ended at Burntwood Rugby Club. In total, the route is 27 miles long.

The very first Ride-Out back in May 2013 saw both Stephen and his mum participate as part of the inspirational teen's fund-raising 'bucket list'. They raised £5,500 for Teenage Cancer Trust.
