Search for missing lamb and sheepdog

A search is underway for an orphaned lamb and sheepdog after the companions went missing.

The spring lamb - who still needs bottle-feeding - and the one-year-old sheepdog were last seen at their home in Perlethorpe, near Mansfield, rural Nottinghamshire on Monday.

The two were paired together after the lamb, named Bella, lost its mother and was coupled with Blake the Border Collie to keep it company.

The disappearance was reported to a local authority dog warden and has since sparked a social media campaign by the council to track down the pair.
