Portuguese church service for Madeleine McCann 10 years on

A special service will be held for missing people in the Portuguese village where Madeleine McCann disappeared 10 years ago today.

A public gathering is also expected to take place in her home village in Rothley, Leicestershire, to mark the 10th anniversary of her disappearance.

Madeleine was aged three when she vanished from a holiday apartment in Praia da Luz at about 9pm on May 3 in 2007.

The service will take place at the Church of Nossa Senhora da Luz at the time that she went missing.
