The medical director of Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust has apologised to the families of a number of babies who died at its hospitals, and acknowledged that some of the deaths are linked.

Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt has ordered an investigation into the way the deaths were investigated.

The parents of Kate Stanton Davies - who died at the Trust on the day she was born - told ITV News Central the apology is too little too late.
