Two arrested following Birmingham police chase
Two people have been arrested after a police chase ended in a four-car crash in Bristol Street in Birmingham - causing traffic chaos across the city.
A police patrol car followed a suspect vehicle through the city centre at around 1pm this afternoon.They made their way along New John Street, Frederick Street, High Street and Paradise Circus.
The pursuit ended when up to four vehicles were involved in a collision in Bristol Street.It is understood a number of people were treated for minor injuries, although non are thought to be seriously hurt.
West Midlands Police has confirmed that two people arrested in connection with the incident are being questioned by officers.
