A man from Warwickshire who was told he'd never walk again after suffering horrific injuries during an armed robbery is getting ready to take part in the London Marathon.

Steven Smith was on holiday in the south of France in 2011 when his holiday home was broken in to - what followed lead to him breaking his back - and he's surprised doctors by the extent of his recovery.
