Former Sutton United reserve goalkeeper Wayne Shaw is joining Cheltenham Town for a charity football match.

He hit the headlines after he was pictured eating a pie during Sutton's FA Cup match with Arsenal in February.

A betting company offered odds on the goalie eating the pastry item while his side were playing.

His actions then came under investigation by the Gambling Commission and the Football Association.

He resigned from his position the day after the match.

A team of Cheltenham Town legends are hosting an AP McCoy XI in a charity match next month to help raise money for the Injured Jockeys Fund.

The jockeys squad will be captained by 20-time Champion Jockey, Sir Anthony "AP" McCoy.
