Hazel Williams bought a treadmill when she and her husband turned 70, and now she's taking on the Birmingham 10k.
She'll be among 7,000 runners, walkers and joggers at this year’s race on Sunday, April 30.
Her eldest daughter Katie has multiple sclerosis so she'll be raising money for charity.
