Man charged with murder after body found in suitcase

A man has been charged with murder after the discovery of a woman's body in a suitcase on Cromer street in Leicester.

50-year-old Ashwin Daudia, of Lyme Road, Leicester, was questioned over the murder of 46-year-old Kiran Daudia.

He has been remanded into custody and will appear at Leicester Magistrates’ Court in the morning
