Appeal after emaciated dog 'struggling to walk' is dumped in village
An appeal has been launched after a dog that was so emaciated she could barely walk was found dumped in a village near Kettering in Northamptonshire.
The female lurcher was so under nourished that she could barely move, and had a severe skin condition.
She was picked up by the RSPCA on Church Street in Broughton and has been nicknamed 'Honey'.
RSPCA staff have said she is a 'lovely dog' who is enjoying getting made a fuss of by staff after her 'horrific start to life'.
Anyone who has any information about Honey should contact the RSPCA in complete confidence on 0300 123 8018.
