Ambulance service to be on streets of Birmingham

The West Midlands Ambulance Services Temporary Minor Injuries Unit will be on the streets of Birmingham city centre tonight.

It's the 10th year it has been used and will be based in Cambridge Street. The unit provides on site care to help ensure ambulances are free to respond to life threatening emergencies.

Ambulance staff are urging festive party goers to keep an eye on what their friends are drinking.
