Choc-in' around the Christmas tree: Cadbury World unveils festive creation

The talented chocolatiers at Cadbury world in Birmingham have unveiled a Christmas tree - made entirely out of chocolate.

Helping to get visitors to the Bournville-based attraction in the festive spirit, the Christmas tree took Jenny Malenoir, Gail Deeley, Eve Turner and Perry Baylis, just two days to make.

The tree – which weighs in at an impressive 42kg – is adorned with a variety of intricately piped decorations complete with festive well-wishes and sprinkled with silver, red and gold edible glitter.

Decorations include cheery gingerbread men, candy cane and snowmen baubles, sleighs, and a gold star sitting proudly on top of the tree.
