Road closures on spaghetti junction completed ahead of schedule

Highways England have reopened the roads on Spaghetti Junctionandthe A38 in Birmingham one month before it was expected.

The roads agency say they have worked round the clock to complete the work ahead of schedule.

As part of the repairs, new waterproof material has been installed designed to protect the structure for the next 20 years.
