Two-time Olympic gold medallist Rebecca Adlington was in Kidderminster to open a new multi-million pound leisure centre.

The Wyre Forest leisure centre opened it's doors three months ago but had it's official launch today as the ribbon was cut by the Mansfield swimmer.

Adlington won two gold medals at the Beijing Olympics in 2008 in the 400m and 800m freestyle event.

Four years later at her home Olympic games in London she won a bronze medal in each of those events.

Rebecca tells ITV News Central how delighted she is to be opening a new leisure centre.
