Drake announces two Birmingham tour dates

Canadian rapper Drake has announced he will take to the stage in Birmingham early next year as part of his new UK tour.

The 29-year-old platinum-selling recording artist will perform at the Barclaycard Arena on February 22nd and February 23rd.

The international artist became the first musician to break the one billion streams mark on Apple Music with his latest album.

The Grammy Award-winning artist holds the record for most number one hits on Billboard’s R&B/Hip-Hop Chart.

It will give fans, who were disappointed when the rapper pulled out of headlining Wireless festival in 2014, a chance to see the star.
