Star cyclists in Birmingham to launch 'Team HSBC'
British Cycling and HSBC were in Birmingham today to announce a partnership that will see the bank become the new partner of British Cycling.
The partnership will start from January 1st next year, taking over from Broadcaster BSkyB and the 'Team Sky' brand.
HSBC are also moving their UK operations to Birmingham, with construction of new offices close to Centenary Square.
British Cycling and the bank say they will work deliver events and programmes across local communities, towns and free to enter mass participation events to get millions of people on their bikes.
Some of the biggest names in cycling were at the event. Including Rio 2016 heroes Jason Kenny and his fiancé Laura Trott.
