Gold medallist Liam Heath told ITV News Central how he wants to use his success at the Rio Olympics to encourage children to get involved in sport.

The former Loughborough University student won gold in the 200m individual kayak sprint event and a silver in the men's doubles 200m kayak with Jon Schofield at the Rio Olympics.
