No more Mrs White in the kitchen with the knife... original Cluedo character 'bumped off' from board game
Pick up a new game of Cluedo and you won't be guessing it was Mrs. White in the kitchen with the knife.
That's because the long-time housekeeper in the world’s most deadly house has now been replaced.
It's the first time since the game, which was invented in the Midlands, has axed one of its original six characters.
The new character, a mysterious Dr. Orchid, is the adopted daughter of the mansion’s owner and the usual victim in the game, Dr. Black.
She joins Professor Plum, Colonel Mustard, Miss Scarlet and Mrs. Peacock in the classic murder mystery game, created by Anthony Pratt at his Birmingham home in the 1940's.
