Runner who died after running half-marathon is named
A runner who tragically died after running the Derby half-marathon on the hottest day of the year, has been named as Paul Osbourne, from Burton-on-the-Wolds, near Loughborough.
He collapsed just yards from the finishing line of the Derby Ramathon on Sunday.
The 38-year-old was rushed to the Royal Derby Hospital, but died hours later.
Mr Osbourne was one of 4,000 competitors who tackled the 13.1-mile course as temperatures soared to 26 degrees centigrade.

Tributes have been posted by runners and athletics clubs across the UK on social media.
Eleanor Parry wrote on Facebook: "I cheered him on at mile 12 yesterday - absolutely tragic. Thinking of all the family x"
Roger Clarke also left a message on Facebook, writing: "This is such tragic news, I'm a fellow runner and have known Oz since school."
Ann Marie Brentnall wrote: "My god, I was marshalling in town and asked a few runners if they were okay and telling them well done. "I'm absolutely devastated, my heartfelt condolences to all his family."
