Five injured after 'horrific' army truck crash
Three men have been seriously injured after a crash involving four military vehicles.
The collision, which also involved a HGV, happened at around noon on Thursday on the A17 near Swineshead Bridge in Lincolnshire.
The military vehicles were being driven by civilians.
Five people have been injured - four men and a woman - and three of the men are described as seriously injured.
Three men were airlifted to hospital - two to the Queen's Medical Centre (QMC), in Nottingham, and one to Addenbrooke's, in Cambridge - and a woman was taken to QMC by land ambulance.
Motorists are being advised to avoid the area.
