A survivor of the Alton Towers Smiler crash has described the pain of trying to return to a sense of normality in the aftermath of the accident.

Chanda Chauhan from Wednesbury has spoken publicly for the first time since it happened, describing the aftermath as being like 'a horror movie.'

It comes as the operators of the theme park today pleaded guilty to health and safety charges.

Chauhan, who was a passenger on the ride's second carriage, said those responsible couldn't possibly fathom the impact the crash has had on their lives.
