Search intensifies to find missing man

The search for a Derbyshire man who has been missing for a week has intensified, with more officers joining the inquiry to find him.

Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire police forces are all involved in the operation to find missing Josh Cotton.

The 22-year-old was last seen near his narrow boat in Sawley Marina at around 4pm last Friday.

Earlier this week police divers searched the marina where his boat is moored. Officers have now widened their search to include scrubland and fields around the area.
