'Ask for anything that might improve your life, don't take no for an answer'
A teenager from Leicestershire has been speaking at the National Space Centre sharing her experiences of living with type one diabetes - which is caused by the pancreas no longer working.
13 year old Millie Hainge from Sharnford was giving a talk at an event run by the diabetes charity Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund (JDRF).
She was speaking to other young people about how her diabetes doesn't stop her doing anything she wants to.
