Family pay tribute to Digbeth shooting victim
The family of a man who died following an attempted robbery at a Digbeth warehouse have described how devoted he was to his family.
56-year-old Akhtar Javeed was killed when masked men tried to rob a soft drinks warehouse in Rea Roud South on Wednesday.
His family described him as a "good man who avoided conflict" and said that the family were "incredibly close".
They implored members of the public to get in touch with any information which might police to trace his killers.
