RSPCA warning over the importance of grooming as dog gets much needed haircut

The RSPCA has released photos of Charlie the dog, who desperately needed a haircut, as a reminder to people about why regular grooming is important.

The 10-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was taken to a groomer by RSPCA inspector Joe Burgess.
