Hundreds of bikers drove across the West Midlands to deliver presents

Hundreds of bikers drove across the West Midlands to deliver Christmas presents to children at the Ronald McDonald House in Birmingham earlier.

The charity-run house provides a place for families to stay while children are being treated at Birmingham Children's Hospital.

Today the bikers arrived to provide early presents to those who will be staying there this Christmas.
