Retailers to slash pre-Christmas prices by 'up to 80 percent'

Shoppers in the East Midlands are being told to expect huge bargains in the run up to Christmas this year.

Retailers are predicted to slash prices by up to 80 percent to try to encourage more of us to hit the high street.

The recent mild weather and online shopping are being blamed for sluggish sales. Phil Brewster reports:
