Sports hall named after Tunisia victim to be opened
A sports hall named after one of the victims of this summer's terror attack in Tunisia will be officially opened in his home town of Wednesbury today.
Joel Richards - a football referee and student at the University of Worcester - was killed in the beach attack, alongside his uncle Adrian Evans and grandfather Patrick Evans.
Wednesbury Leisure Centre will be opened by Joel's brother, Owen, who survived the massacre, which left 38 dead including 30 Britons.
