There will be a minute's applause for Staffordshire teenager Jordan Burndred today - who died in a Turkish hospital after suffering several heart attacks on holiday.

The 17-year-old was an academy player for Leek Town.

Academy players will join the first team on the pitch before kick-off today at 15:00. There will be a minute's applause while displaying his shirt at Harrison Park and flags will be flown at half-mast.

Leek players, staff and Jordan's teammates had helped to raise thousands of pounds to help the family stay with him in hospital.
