Four injured in gas explosion on boat
Four people including a teenager suffered burns after a gas explosion on a boat in Stourport-on-Severn.
Two men, a woman and a teenage boy were injured in the incident near the Angel Inn in Severn Side. Ambulance crews were called to reports of an explosion at 7.30am.
The teenager, believed to be 17-years-old, suffered the most serious injuries with significant burns to his hands and face. He was airlifted to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.
The woman, who was in her 60s, suffered burns to her hands whilst a man in his 20s was burned on his arms and neck. They were both taken to Worcester Royal Hospital for further treatment.
A man in his 60s was burned on his face and suffered a neck injury.
