Woman killed in crash 'finally reunited with her husband'

The daughters of a pensioner killed in Saturday’s Coventry bus tragedy have paid tribute to their mother.

Dora Hancox - who was 76 years old and from Nuneaton - was killed when a bus crashed into a Sainsbury's store on Trinity Street in the city centre. A seven-year-old boy - Rowan Fitzgerald - also died in the incident.

Today, her children released a statement to police.

Meanwhile, officers investigating the crash have made another appeal for witnesses to come forward.

Police have said that Rowan Fitzgerald's eight-year-old cousin, who was injured in the crash is still in a stable condition in hospital. She is expected to have a leg operation this afternoon.

Five other people also suffered injuries and have received hospital treatment.
