The wheelchair tennis star, Jordanne Whiley, is to be awarded an MBE today, for achievements throughout her career.

In 2014, Whiley, from Halesowen, completed a calendar Grand Slam, winning Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon and US Open titles - becoming the first player from the UK to do so.

The four titles were all doubles wins alongside her player partner Yui Kamiji from Japan.
