A headteacher has payed tribute to a seven-year-old boy who was killed in a bus crash in Coventry at the weekend.

Jane McSharry, head of St Anthony's Catholic Primary School on Sydenham Drive in Leamington Spa, offered her sympathies to Rowan Fitzgerald's family.

Officers from West Midlands Police have asked for witnesses to the crash to come forward, and an inspector has appealed to the public and the press to allow the victims' families time to grieve.
