Both cyclists and motorists are being urged to be extra vigilant after a teenage boy was injured in a collision with a car.

The 15-year-old cyclist was traveling downhill just after 5.20pm yesterday when it happened at the junction of Sidney Road and Housman Close in Ludlow.

He was airlifted to Hereford County Hospital for further assessment.
