Fifty years of British sculpture celebrated at Chatsworth in tenth anniversary exhibition
A sculpture exhibition celebrating more than half a century of British art will celebrate its tenth anniversary this month.
'Beyond Limits: The Landscape of British Sculpture 1950-2015' opens today at Chatsworth and is the biggest exhibition staged at the site to date by Sotheby's.
It will feature more than thirty sculptures dotted around the famous garden at Chatsworth, home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire.
The exhibition will pay tribute to some of Britain's best artists from the last 65 years, including:
Barbara Hepworth's 'Three Obliques (Walk-In)'
Anthony Caro's 'Sunshine'
Lynn Chadwick's 'Pair of Walking Figures - Jubilee'
Exhibits will be on display from 11am-6pm every day at no extra charge beyond normal garden admission.
