East Midlands Weather: Rain clearing overnight

Tonight:Showers or longer spells of rain will continue through the evening and first part of the night. This clearing during the early hours, to leave most places dry with clear spells by dawn. Brisk northerly winds becoming westerly, easing later. Minimum temperature 11 deg C (52 deg F).

Tuesday:A dry start with sunny spells. Cloud will increase through the day, with outbreaks of rain spreading in from the southwest through the afternoon. Light or moderate winds, freshening later. Maximum temperature 19 deg C (66 deg F).

Wednesday to Friday:Further occasionally heavy rain or showers, with sunny spells in-between, Wednesday and Thursday, and brisk southwesterly winds. Friday is likely to be drier with fewer showers and further sunny spells.
