Child shown indecent photograph in Birmingham park

Police have released photos of a man they would like to speak to after a young teenage girl was shown a photograph of a naked woman.

The 13-year-old was shown the image on the mobile phone of a man who called himself Adam.

It happened as she walked through Small Heath park on Wordsworth Road in Birmingham at 4pm on June 5.

The man was riding a bike and is described as white, around 5’6" tall and stocky. He had brown hair covered by a white bicycle helmet. He was wearing a white t-shirt and black trousers.

The girl wasn’t touched and there have been no similar reports of such incidents in the area.

As part of the investigation officers have spoken to the girl and her family. CCTV footage has been trawled and police patrols stepped up.
