Five adults and a baby involved in car accident
Yesterday, five people and a baby were taken to hospital following a road traffic collision on the A53 at Astley near Shrewsbury at around 4.30pm.
Six ambulances; a paramedic support officer in a rapid response vehicle together with a paramedic officer attended the scene.
A baby was also assessed by ambulance staff and taken to hospital as a precaution.
All the patients have been taken by ambulance to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
