A butcher has become a YouTube sensation after showing fans how to hunt, chop and cook animals - from his own back garden.

Scott Rea, 43, from, St John's, Worcester, shows viewers how to cut up meat carcasses, fillet fish and make delicious hearty meals for the whole family.

The dad-of-three initially set up the online channel for fun – but has now scored himself a sizzling seven million views on his hugely popular channel, with people even asking him to teach them in person.

Weekly videos demonstrating Scott's recipes and old school techniques have become popular with celebrities and have reached people from all corners of the globe.

Scott started the project back in 2012 after realising the butchery trade was slowly dying.

His family, including long-term partner Dawn, 37, and children Bailey, 17, Tyla, 14 and Rhianna, 7, thought his interest would fade.

But with 28 years in the profession, Scott wanted to do his part to keep butchery alive by archiving his techniques, and he now uploads a video every week.
