Who is the living person you most admire?

My good friend Melissa Slaney who had a kidney transplant in 1996 and has since represented Britain on the Transplant Cycling Team, winning a gold medal in the time trial at the 2013 World Transplant Games in Durban. She also won a gold medal in table tennis at the 2009 World Transplant Games. Melissa is a true inspiration and a good cycling buddy.

What new law do you want to introduce?

Increase staffing ratios in residential and social care settings for the elderly.

What is the most important issue facing your constituents?

Overburdened public services, e.g. access to GP services, school placements etc.
