Who is the living person you most admire?

Joanna Lumley for her campaigning work on behalf of those bravest of people - the Gurkhas. Joanna showed us all what the military covenant really means and acted courageously when the politicians were just being plain daft. She is the epitome of modern woman - strong and capable but at the same time essentially feminine.

What song would you take with you to a desert island?

"Shaddap you face" by Joe Dolce in the hope that it would drive away any dangerous animals, but also because it would remind me of a hilarious routine by local funnyman Jasper Carrott.

What new law do you want to introduce?

Provide free mentoring by experienced people so youngsters can improve the success rate in a new business. Banks reject 50% of 1st time SME borrowers - allow real people to invest.

What is the most important issue facing your constituents?

Lack of money is the root of all problems. Employers must pay a living wage, otherwise the benefits paid by the taxpayer subsidise the profits of those who won’t pay fair wages
