Birmingham tunnels to close once again for five weeks from April
Birmingham's A38 St Chad's and Queensway tunnels will be closed overnight for five weeks to allow work to take place.
The tunnels will be closed from 10pm until 6am from Wednesday 1 April until Friday 8 May 2015.
The closures will allow inspections, work to collision damage and other routine maintenance work to take place.
Amey, which manages and maintains the city's highways, says the improvements should minimise the need for future maintenance closures.
There will be a break in the closures on Saturday 2 May to allow for preparations for the Great Birmingham 10k Run.
