Alexandra Hospital in Redditch has seen its consultant team running the accident and emergency services quit.
Worcestershire Acute Hospitals Trust confirmed the four consultants resigned along with one from the Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
It is not yet clear why they have all quit their jobs.
