Participants in park runs on the increase

Park runs are a grassroots sporting phenomenon that are getting more and more popular.

There are now 14 in the West Midlands and 15 in the East Midlands, and the success recently won the founder an OBE.

One volunteer said it's great to see the amount of different people involved, and the number of beginners taking part.
